THE GIANT PROBLEM

TRAPPED POTENTIAL: Many students aren’t getting the exposure, guidance, and tools they need in order to unlock their potential and unleash it on the world.

This is especially true for minorities and those of a lower socioeconomic status. We can't help but think about how much potential the world has lost out on by not equipping students with the necessary tools to find their niche, develop it, and share it. That's why we exist.

The Vision
Our Mission

To eliminate trapped potential and increase the number of people who are walking in their purpose

To empower those 13-23 to find their calling and better plan for a life they can get excited about

Focus Areas

Self-awareness

Financial Literacy

Transition Planning

Find your niche and figure out what you want to do

Know your options and determine the best path to get there

Create a safe financial plan that works for you

What Makes Us Different

Student Centric

We're not here to tell students what career to pursue. We simply want to help them confirm their interest, know their options, and devise a safe plan to get where they want to get.

Focus on Thriving

We are focused on thriving rather than surviving. We don't just want students to pursue higher ed, but we want them to get into the right school for them, in the right program, at the right price, etc. and equip them with the skills to be successful there.

Understanding

We remember what it's like to navigate the career planning process with all of the stress and pressure. Multiple members of our team are actually going through it right now.

Students aren't getting the support they need in order to make well informed higher ed decisions. This makes it difficult for them to make safe educational investments and take full advantage of those opportunities when they arise. It's time for us to equip them with the tools they need to safely create a life that they can get excited about.
